Fraud & Safety Alert

At Entrata India, symbolic of our values and policies, we believe in the concepts of open doors and transparent walls.

To uphold the same, we have a precise merit-based recruitment system with several rounds of screening. We assure you that Entrata India does not charge/accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the recruitment process.

In recent times, however, it is observed that there is an increase in recruitment frauds, involving scammers who claim to be part of the organizations or representatives from them and post fraudulent job openings, or who contact job-seekers with fake job offers. These individuals sometimes even conduct fraudulent interviews to obtain personal information or money from the applicants.

It has come to our notice that certain reprobate individuals claiming to be Recruiters or Consultants are contacting prospective candidates pretending to represent Entrata India with job offers. In case you or any candidate receives any unsolicited or fraudulent communication regarding a job offer or an interview call against payment of money, please stay alert and recognize it as a scam.

Incase if you come across any communication that has come unasked without a reliable source or reference and refers to job offers with Entrata India in exchange of monetary benefits please be alert and understand it may be a scam.

A job seeker can refer to the below pointer (indicative only and not limited to these) to identify the fraudulent communications...

  • We only hire based on your merit, so if you are asked to pay any monetary or non-monetary benefits for the recruitment process, it is definitely a fraud.

  • Confirm the job details mentioned by them in the careers section on our website

  • We have an internal system for a candidate's profile management, and that will be our first step to initiate the recruitment process. If you are not introduced to it on the first call, it may be a fraudulent connection.

  • Look for the official domain name in the emails, ensuring that it ends in “@entrata.com.” We never share any email from a personal email id or any other domain other than the one mentioned above.

  • Do not share any original copies of your documents or any confidential documents like tax forms, credit card details, or bank account information. We never ask for it during the recruitment process or even after onboarding.

Even if everything is right and you just have a gut feeling that something does not seem correct, drop us an email at [email protected] or fill in this Trust & Safety form for quick support to ensure that the right person has reached out to you.
